Refund & Personalized Order Policy

At AMAA Gifts, each personalized gift is created specifically for the recipient and prepared with care. Because personalized and custom-made products cannot be restocked or resold, special conditions apply to these orders.

Personalized & Custom-Made Products

Personalized or custom-made products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges once personalization or production has begun.

This includes products featuring custom names, embroidery, laser engraving, photographs, personalized messages, or other customer-requested customization.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order, including:

Names and spelling
Dates
Sizes
Colors
Photos
Messages
Other personalization details

AMAA Gifts is not responsible for errors in personalization information submitted by the customer.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if production or personalization has not yet begun. Once customization or production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item that was personalized incorrectly due to an error made by AMAA Gifts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the product and the issue

After reviewing the information, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Non-Personalized Products

If AMAA Gifts offers non-personalized products that are eligible for return, they must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any product to determine eligibility and receive return instructions.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
