At AMAA Gifts, every order is thoughtfully prepared, personalized, and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully and securely.

Processing & Personalization

Because many of our products are personalized specifically for you, orders require preparation time before shipment. Processing time may vary depending on the personalization selected, including embroidery, laser engraving, custom names, messages, and photo products.

Estimated processing and delivery information will be provided during the ordering process whenever applicable.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the weight of the order. The available shipping options and applicable rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Delivery times shown by the shipping carrier are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please carefully review your address before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

AMAA Gifts is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the package and damaged item(s).

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us and we will assist where possible.
