Returns & Personalized Items Policy

At AMAA Gifts, every personalized gift is created especially for you. Many of our products are customized with names, embroidery, engraving, photographs, personal messages, colors, sizes, or other details selected by the customer.

Personalized Items Are Final Sale

Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each individual order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalized items once production has begun.

Once an item has been customized, it cannot be restocked or resold to another customer. The materials, personalization, production time, and craftsmanship involved are dedicated specifically to your order.

We kindly ask customers to carefully review all personalization details—including names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, photos, and messages—before submitting an order.

AMAA Gifts is not responsible for errors in personalization information submitted by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want every AMAA Gifts order to arrive exactly as intended. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item that was personalized incorrectly due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs showing the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Non-Personalized Items

If we offer non-personalized products that are eligible for return, they must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Return eligibility and instructions will be provided where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Because many of our products are prepared specifically for each customer, cancellation requests must be submitted before personalization or production begins.

Once production or personalization has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

By placing an order with AMAA Gifts, you acknowledge that personalized and custom-made products are created specifically according to the information you provide and are therefore final sale, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by AMAA Gifts.
